Delivery and Returns
Delivery
WL Composites strive to be as efficient as possible with delivery of products to our customers. We aim to pick and arrange your order within 1-3 business working days and aim to deliver the product to you within a maximum of 5 working days.
We use a combination of in-house couriers and third-party couriers depending on the order. Once we have received your order, we endeavour to keep you updated at every step of the way.
Orders will be palletised therefore when our deliveries arrive at their destination, please consider that pallet trucks cannot travel on unstable surfaces such as gravel. The courier will deliver your order as close as possible to your preferred location. Please also consider access, if for any reason you have any concerns, please contact us to discuss further.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with the products, or the products arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods either via email or phone. Unfortunately, we do not collect returns, so the customers are required to pay for delivery back to our address. We strongly advise insuring the delivery and taking photos before shipping for extra security.
Fencing
Previously the customer had wooden fence panels, and after time discoloured and badly weathered. We then supplied and fitted our popular charcoal grey boards along with the aluminium trims to revitalise their garden once again.
The Old Barn Gate
A pair of gates supplied and fitted by WL Composites using the popular Golden Oak composite boards. The gates are finished in a durable matte black paint, giving their home a stunning, sleek look.
Driveway Gates
Another job supplied and fitted by us here at WL Composites. These gates are made up of our Charcoal Black composite boards complimented by the Anthracite Grey steel frame. This gives the house a more modern, maintenance free and secure look.
